  • Can we bring beer on the bus?
  • Yes!

  • Can we bring coolers on the bus?

  • What does the tour come with?
  • Beer samples at each location, between 16-20 samples (est 70-80oz) on a 4 brewery tour, and 12-15 samples on a 3 brewery tour (est 48-60oz).

  • How long is the tour?
  • 5-5.5 hours on our 4 brewery option, and 4-4.5 hours on our 3 brewery option

  • Where do we meet?
  • Gordon Biersch, entrance by Jefferson at 4th Street Live.

  • Are we supposed to tip the tour guide? What about the driver?
  • Yes, it is customary to tip your guide, we ask that you direct all tips toward the guide and then they will split accordingly with the driver.

  • Can you pick us up where we live?
  • Yes we can. Not on the public tour options but yes on the private tour options.

  • Where does the tour end?
  • Exactly the same place you were picked up.

  • What is the price?
  • $65 for adults, $30 for non-drinkers

  • What are the best breweries?
  • We get this one ALL of the time and we truly love them all, that is why we hit the best ones in town, to let YOU decide!

  • How many people do we need to do a tour?
  • 1 person can book alone for our public tours, for our private tours we are looking for a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 33

  • What happens if the weather is too bad?
  • Weather cancellations will be given a rain check for another date of their choice. For private functions we hold your deposit until you decide on another date.

  • How do I secure a private party?
  • Call us at 502-269-8914 or 844-Beer-Fun, Private Tours are first come first serve, we hold the date with a deposit taken via credit card, we do not hold the date with an email or a conversation.

  • Do you ever cancel?
  • We hate to cancel, but sometimes we don’t get enough bookings to run. If we do cancel then you will get a full refund, or if you choose a voucher for a later date.

  • Are you hiring?
  • Yes, we are looking for tour guides that can run our Saturday afternoon and some of our private tours.Please email us at [email protected]

REFUND POLICY:

Refunds will be given at full price if notified 4 days prior to the event. For example if you tell us on Tuesday by 12pm that you cannot make Saturday’s tour we will refund your ticket. Any notification sooner than 4 days (Tuesday up to Friday at 12pm) up to 24 hours remaining before the tour can change the date of the tour to any viable date on our calendar (see online schedule). If we are not notified within 24 hours (12pm on Friday) there will be no refund given. Any weather related issues resulting in cancellation will result in a Voucher for a future date.


GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY:

Gift Certificates are good for one calendar year after purchase date. Each gift card code will need to be redeemed on a separate booking. For example on our booking page you will only be able to reserve one seat at a time with each voucher code. Once you buy a gift certificate Brew’s Cruise will send you a voucher via email with a special code on it for you to use when going through the booking site. It is important you reserve your seats prior to showing up on the tour. The gift certificate porthole will ask you for a date. Just apply any date, knowing your card will be good for one year, and it will say the actual expiration date on the card. Gift Certificates can only be used for Public Tours on Saturday. No gift certificate can be redeemed for any private party or special Lou’s Brews Cruise function.
